The director of TC Tool & Die, Tony Camitsis, believes that the company is large enough to meet the demands of many overseas business concerns and still small enough to offer personalized service and supervision of such contracts. TC Tool & Die are one of the founding members of TASA (Tool making Association of South Africa) and the smallest member.

However, TC Tool & Die abide by the code of ethics and quality demands laid down by TASA and are striving to achieve a six sigma quality standard as advocated by large O.E.M.’s who are affiliated to the association.

TC Tool & Die manufacture the tooling, run the production, supply the metal pressings complete with passivating or any required finish, all dimensionally measured and correct, with a capability study stating that the batch from that particular production run is consistently within the required specification.
They offer in-house design facilities and use both Autocad and Rhino4 (with flamingo) for rendering, as well as the design section of our machining package (Edge cam).

TC Tool & Die are able to offer full design on all tooling, jigs and fixtures, with every block being dimensioned and welcome all international enquiries into our export business.
